We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What Will You Do!

 

  • Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
  • Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service titan and other trade software systems.
  • Ensure that preformed work is aligned with industry standards.
  • Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.

 

Physical Demands:

 

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing

 

What Will You Bring!

 

  • 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Residential HVAC experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems

 

Pay Transparency:

 

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $100k-$200K annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

 

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
